There is a drop-off area and accessible parking spaces in front of the main entrance at both Dunlin Village and Goldcrest Village receptions. Please talk to our reception team for details.
Additional complimentary parking is available in the Park and Ride Car Park adjacent to Dunlin Village for all our summer residents (excluding blue-lined Pay & Display spaces, for which payment is required). No permit is required but your vehicle must be registered with the parking management provider - for information, ask at reception. If your vehicle is not registered, it will be clamped.
The nearest airport is Shannon Airport, which is 85.6km away from Galway.
From Eyre Square you can take the 404 bus route serving Oranmore to Westside via Eyre Square. The closest stop to us is Corrib Village.
There is step-free access from the car park to reception and lift access to all apartments not located on the ground floor. Automatic push button doors operate to gain entry to both reception areas and communal spaces in Dunlin Village.
There is a dual height reception desk for a comfortable check-in. Mini refrigerator to store medication, vibrating pillow, emergency pager also available on request from reception.
All lifts throughout both Goldcrest Village and Dunlin Village have braille operating buttons.
Looking for accessible accommodation for your summer holiday in Galway? Rooms and apartments are available to book at Dunlin Village. Choose to book either an entire, fully accessible apartment or an accessible room only, within a shared apartment. Find details on our accessible accommodation here.
Accessible public toilet facilities are available off the common rooms, adjacent to each reception area. All are equipped with an alarm pull cord, equipment set at an accessible point and additional grab rails.
There are refuge call points on each floor should you require assistance. Once you press these buttons – located on each floor at the emergency stairwells – a member of our security team will respond to your call and come to your assistance.

We have 6 fully trained first aiders on our staffing team. If you require first aid assistance, please ask any member of staff to alert these team members.
On arrival, please notify the team of any specific requirements you may have in the case of an evacuation. These will be recorded on a PEEP (Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan) and kept on file for the duration of your stay. These will be shared with emergency personnel in the event of a required evacuation.
All emergency exits are clearly marked throughout the villages.
Do not use the lift.
Follow the instructions of personnel and go directly to your nearest stairwell.
If mobility allows, descend the stairs to the emergency exit route.
If you are unable to descend the stairs, activate the refuge alarm, wait in the stairwell, and we will come to your aid.

Our sensory garden is located at Dunlin Village.
Hearing loops are available at both Goldcrest Village and Dunlin Village receptions.
You are welcome to use any of the sockets located in the common rooms, or within your accommodation, to charge your electric mobility vehicles.
Assistance dogs are welcome on site. We kindly ask that you please notify us in advance if bringing an assistance dog to allow us to allocate the appropriate accommodation.
And, during the summer, we offer pet-friendly accommodation
• Corrib Village shop/café – located on site, with step-free access from each reception to both shop and café. Staff on site are happy to help, with table service if required, or to answer any questions regarding allergens etc.
• Saol Cafe – Social Inclusion Cafe located at ILAS Building directly opposite Dunlin Village.
